If we are unable to identify and present qualified candidates for your position within 60 days, you may cancel your agreement and receive a refund of any prepaid service fees for future service periods.

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our guarantee is based on our ability to recruit and present qualified talent.

It is not a satisfaction guarantee and does not apply after a candidate has been hired.

The implementation fee is non-refundable because it covers the recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding preparation, and administrative work completed by our team.

The guarantee may also become void if:

• The hiring process is significantly delayed by the client
• Position requirements are repeatedly changed
• Multiple qualified candidates are rejected without reasonable cause
• Recruiting activities are paused or suspended by the client.

We don't guarantee that you'll hire the first candidate.

We don't guarantee that every applicant will be perfect.

We do guarantee that our team will do what you've hired us to do: recruit, source, screen, and present qualified candidates for your business.
